To help you with this process Secondhouse will create on your behalf an LLC Company that will manage the property and will be responsible for the maintenance, paying the bills, HOA, state taxes and charge you your share of the bill.
After the creation of the management company a rotative calendar will be pre-defined and you will receive a code that will open the door of your property on the days that you will be titled.
Each time you make a reservation to use your property you will be charged only for a cleaning fee
